Lee Ann (Westfall) Carter, 56, of Mooresville, passed away Wednesday, June 2nd, 2021. She was born July 28th, 1964 in Wheeling, West Virginia to her parents, Wilson A. Westfall and Sandra L. (Schroyer) Robling. She was a previous resident of Peoria, Illinois and Mooresville, Indiana. Leeann is survived by her brother, Scott Westfall of Lewis, Indiana. Leeann is preceded in death by both of her parents. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville.
