Lawrence Alan "Larry" Stricker

Lawrence Alan "Larry" Stricker, 63, of Indianapolis, passed away Friday, November 26th, 2021. He was born November 6th, 1958 in Long Island, New York to his parents, Arthur Ray Sr. and Martha Marie (Riechling) Stricker. He was a resident of Indianapolis since 1969.

Larry is survived by his three brothers: Arthur Ray Stricker Jr., John Robert Stricker, and Thomas Stricker; and one sister, Martha Marie Tucker. Larry is preceded in death by both of his parents and one brother, Steven James Stricker.

Larry was a 1976 graduate of Decatur Central High School. He was enlisted in the United States Navy from 1981 to 1986. Larry worked as an Air Craft Sheet Metal Technician for several different companies contracting with American Trans Air and Comlux America and AAR. He was a collector of model airplanes, model cars and model trains. He loved auto body restorations on classic cars. Larry also enjoyed home movies.

Family and friends may show their love and support from 11 am to 12 pm (noon) on Wednesday, December 1st at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville. A celebration of life service will be held at 12 pm (noon) following visitation at the funeral home. Larry will be laid to rest at West Newton Cemetery in West Newton.
