Larry E. Hornaday, 66 of Mooresville, IN passed away Friday, April 13, 2007. He was born December 17, 1940 in Rushville, IN to the late Charles J. "Biff" Hornaday and the late Norma L. (Murray) Hornaday. He married Alice (Lehr) Hornaday on August 16, 1961. Larry lived in Mooresville for most of his life. He was the Valedictorian of his 1958 Mooresville High School graduating class before recieving his Law Degree from Blackstone School of Law and also attended Indiana Central College. He was an Army Veteran. Larry attended West Newton Youth and Worship Center, he was a former member of the Mooresville Lions Club, also a lover of animals, especially "Cracker Jack". Before retiring in 1995, he was Owner/Operator of Biff's Bakery in Mooresville, IN for 33 years. Larry is survived by his Wife, Alice (Lehr) Hornaday of Mooresville, IN; 5 Children: Kelvin Hornaday of Mooresville, IN, Kerry Hornaday of Mooresville, IN, Kimberly McClusky of Indianapolis, IN, Kristina Hornaday-Alberts of Kalamazoo, MI, and Katrina Jennings of Mooresville, IN; 1 Brother, Biff Brent Hornaday of Danville, IN, 2 Sisters, Anita Cummings of Indianapolis, IN and Cheryl Williams of Mooresville, IN; 12 Grandchildren: Heather Trusty and Brandon Hornaday, Krystal, K.J. Hornaday, Georgia, Alicia, D.J. and Kyle Lambert, Shawn and Devon Jennings, Beth and Ryan McClusky; and 1 Great Granddaughter, Zoey Kugelman. He is also preceded in death by 1 Son, Kalleen Hornaday and 1 Brother, Terry Hornaday. Calling hours will be from 2-8pm, Monday, April 16, 2007 and the funeral will be at 10am, Tuesday, April 17, 2007 both held at Jones Family Mortuary. Kelvin Hornaday and Tony Cannon will be officiating the service. Larry will be laid to rest at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Hall, IN. Memorial Contributions may be made to the St. Vincent Foundation or the American Heart Association.
