Kenneth Hill

Kenneth Eugene Hill, 89, of Indianapolis, went to be with the Lord on April 3, 2019. He was born to Oza Brinton and Audra Ersal (Thurston) Hill on November 25, 1929 in Fairland. He graduated from Monrovia High School in 1947. He married Mary Louise (Tincher) Hill on March 6, 1948.

Kenneth is survived by four loving daughters, Barbara (Joel) Fischer of Indianapolis, Kathryn (Mike) Shaner of Martinsville, Deana (Barry) Hardin of Martinsville and Kimbra (Joe) Smith of FL; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife; four brothers; and a grandson, Kenneth Robert Fischer.

Before retiring in 1991, Kenneth was a Lineman and worked in the Trouble Department for IPALCO for 42 years. He was a member of Mooresville Friends Church and Morgan County Antique Machinery Association. He was a hardworking man that was very inventive. He enjoyed boating, flying and was an all around adventurer. He loved working on antique gasoline hit n miss engines. He lived in Mooresville for most of his life.

Family and friends may show their love and support from 3-5 p.m. this Saturday afternoon, April 6th and 1-2 p.m. next Sunday afternoon, April 14th at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville. Pastor Gary Jones will officiate Kenneth's celebration of life service at 2 p.m. next Sunday afternoon, April 14th at Jones Family Mortuary. Kenneth will be laid to rest in Mooresville Cemetery.
