Keith Andrew Reid

Keith Andrew Reid, 64, of Mooresville, passed away Tuesday, October 10th, 2023. He was born January 30th, 1959 in Indianapolis to his parents Robert A. "Bob" Reid and Mavis C. (Fultz) Baxter.

Keith is survived by his three children: Andrea Reid of New Albany, Indiana, Robert Moore of Roy, Utah, and Erik Reid of Indianapolis; his mother, Mavis C. (Fultz) Baxter of Indianapolis; nine grandchildren: Anavrin, Zakariah, Lillian, Lainey, Jayne, Bianka, Peyton, Elijah, and Alexander; one sister, Teresa Heiliger; and three brothers: Ed Baxter, David Baxter, and Kevin Baxter. Keith is preceded in death by his father, Robert A. "Bob" Reid.

Keith was a 1976 graduate of LaPorte High School in LaPorte, Texas. He was a career truck driver, who has visited all 50 states besides Hawaii and Alaska. Keith had many memories with family over the road. He was a Driver for Waste Management, formerly known as Ray's Trash in Indianapolis for several years. Keith loved Nascar, baseball, and all other sports. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family. Many people knew him as either their loved one, their rock, or their support system. Keith and his mother had many special moments in time together. He was known by many as a loving and caring man. Keith was a hard worker his whole life.

Family and friends may show their love and support from 4 to 8 pm on Monday, October 16th and from 11 am to 12 pm (noon) on Tuesday, October 17th at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville. A celebration of life service will be held at 12pm (noon) following visitation on Tuesday, October 17th at the funeral home. Keith will be laid to rest at West Newton Cemetery in West Newton.
