Keith Dwight "Doc" Holliday, 64, of Monrovia, died February 13, 2008. He was born on February 2, 1944 in Noblesville, IN to the late Hubert Charles "Cedric" Holliday & Mary Francis (Collins) Beach of Plainfield, IN. He was a 1962 George Washington High School Graduate and a Navy Vietnam War Veteran. He married Carol L. (Rike) Holliday on November 26, 1966 and she survives. Before retiring in 2001, he was a High Low Driver for Ford Motor Company in Indianapolis, IN for 33 years. He also was Co-Owner-Operator of Tackel Service Center in Mooresville from 1972-1995. He was a member of the National Fishing Lure Collector's Club since 2001, UAW Local 1111, loved Bass & Crappie Fishing, practiced photography for several years and as a hobby, "Doc" was Owner-Operator of Neal Bait Company where he manufactured fishing lures for personal use only.
He is survived by his wife: Carol L. Holliday of Monrovia, IN; Mother and Step-Father: Mary Francis & James Beach of Plainfield, IN; 3 Children: Dawn Wright of Mooresville, IN, Donald (Pam) Holliday of Martinsville, IN and Damon (Holly)Holliday of Avon; 10 Grandchildren: Jeffrey, Kali & Timothy James Wright, Devon & Chloe Holliday, Amber, Christine, Joey, Owen & Lilly; 1 Brother: Jimmy McKnight of Shirley, IN; 2 Sisters: Elaine Garriott of Plainfield, IN and Leanne Smith of Indianapolis,IN.
Visitation will be from 5-6pm on Saturday, February 16, 2008 before the 6pm Memorial Service at Jones Family Mortuary. James Beach will officiate the Memorial Service.
