Karen S. Jones

Karen S. (Siscoe) Jones, 66, of Mooresville, went to be with the Lord on December 11, 2015. She was born to William Siscoe and Mary (Foster) Gibson on December 19, 1948 in Indianapolis. She graduated from Decatur Central High School in1967. She married Billy J. Jones on December 23, 1971.

Karen was a Billing Manager for Community Eye Care in Indianapolis for 25 years, retiring in 2012. She attended Mt. Gilead Church in Mooresville. She enjoyed reading, scrapbooking and camping. She lived in Mooresville for the past year and lived most of her life in Indianapolis.

Karen is survived by her husband of nearly 44 years, Billy Jones of Mooresville; a son, Bradley Jones of Mooresville; a daughter, Tina Jones of Indianapolis; a granddaughter; a grandson; a great-granddaughter; and a brother, Michael Gibson of TX. Karen is preceded in death by her parents and stepfather, Chester "Jr." Gibson.

Family and friends may gather from 5-6 p.m., Monday, December 14, 2015 at Jones Family Mortuary, Mooresville. Pastor Jeff Faull will officiate Karen's celebration of life service at 6 p.m. on Monday, December 14, 2015 at Jones Family Mortuary.
