Joseph Romans

Joseph E. Romans, 82 years of age passed away Saturday, November 15, 2008. He was born September 29, 1926 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Edward Joseph and Iona (Reddon) Romans. Joseph married the late Mary H. (Martin) Romans on August 31, 1993. He has lived in Indianapolis, IN for most of his life. He was a graduate of Arsenal Tech High School and was a WWII Navy Veteran. Joseph is also a previous member of the Marshill General Baptist Church. He was a Bread Deliverer for Tastee Bread (Sunbeam) before retiring on January 28, 1986. He is survived by 2 Children, Joseph M. Romans of Louisville, KY and Marianne Clark of Bloomington, IN; and 4 Grandchildren. Calling hours for Joseph will be from 5-8pm, Monday, November 17, 2008 at Jones Family Mortuary. The funeral will be at 10am, Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at Jones Family Mortuary with Chester Ross to officiate. Joseph will be laid to rest at Fairfield Cemetery.
