Joseph L Dean

Joseph L. Dean, 23, of Columbus, Indiana passed away on September 30, 2021. Joseph was born on July 21st, 1998 to James and Rebecca (Crowe) Dean.

Joseph grew up in Nashville and later attended Brown County High School. After Graduation in 2017, he lived in Columbus and worked for Cleveland-Cliffs Tubular Components. He was head fire keeper at sundance ceremony every Summer. Joseph loved getting dirty and working on cars, but he was happiest when he was in the woods. He was known as very loving, always putting others first, but most of all he loved his two little girls.

Joseph is survived by his parents: James E. Dean of Indianapolis and Rebecca (Crowe) Dean of Indianapolis; two daughters: Carmen and Nicole of Columbus, along with their mother, Courtney Roberts and their unborn child; two brothers: Matthew Dean of Indianapolis and Timothy Dean of Indianapolis. Joseph is preceded in death by his brother, Daniel Dean, and his grandmother, Joyce Wood.

Family and friends may show their love and support from 4 pm to 5 pm, Wednesday, October 6, 2021. The celebration of life service will be held at 5 pm, Wednesday, October 6, 2021 in the funeral home. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville.
