Jerry Haynes

Jerry E. Haynes, 68, of Indianapolis, IN, died on January 5, 2012. Jerry was born to Toy & Wilma (Hatfield) Haynes on January 25, 1943 in Richmond, VA. He was an Army Vietnam War Veteran, being honorably discharged in 1970. Jerry was a Brick Mason for Bricklayers Union Local 4 for over 40 years. He was also a member of the Bricklayers Union Local 4. He loved fishing and NASCAR. Jerry is survived by his son, James (Mandy) Haynes of Brownsburg, IN; 2 granddaughters, Autumn & Summer Haynes of Brownsburg, IN; mother, Wilma Haynes of Mooresville, IN;1 brother, Steve Haynes of Camby, IN; 3 sisters, Brenda Scott of Jamestown, IN, Connie Carlisle of Martinsville, IN and Cindy Moffitt of Texas. Jerry is preceded in death by his father, Toy Haynes. Calling will be from 2-5pm, Sunday, January 8, 2012 and 9-10am, Monday, January 9, 2012 at Jones Family Mortuary, Mooresville, IN. Pastor Mike Linville will officiate the 10am funeral service on Monday, January 9, 2012 at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville, IN. Jerry will be laid to rest in Mooresville Cemetery.
