Jennie Rainbolt

Jennie W. "Willie" Rainbolt, 83 of Camby, IN passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2008. She was born September 3, 1924 in Hardyville, KY to the late Arthur Thompson and the late Bessie (Bale)Thompson. Jennie married Robert N. Rainbolt on October 23, 1948. Jennie has lived in Camby, IN for 47 years, Indianapolis, IN for 8 years, Chicago, IL for 2 years, and Louisville, KY for 3 years. She attended one year at Louisville Beauty College and also was a member of the Fairfield Friends Church. Jennie was also a 25 year member of the Mooresville Garden Club and before retiring in 1987, she was owner/beautician of Tanglewood Beauty Shop for 40 years. Jennie is survived by her Husband, Robert N. Rainbolt of Camby, IN; 5 Nieces and 1 Nephew; and Several Great Nieces and Nephews. She is also preceded in death by 4 Sisters: Gwendolyn Walton, Artie Laningham, Josephine Carter, and Olga Mae Thompson. There will be calling hours for Jennie from 5-7pm, Friday, May 2, 2008 with the funeral beginning at 7pm both held at Jones Family Mortuary. Phil Gulley will officiate the service and Jennie will be laid to rest at 12noon, Saturday, May 3, 2008 at Fairfield Cemetery in Camby, IN. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Fairfield Friends Church.
