Jeannette Hamilton

Jeannette P. Hamilton, 81, of Camby, IN died at home on Tuesday, July 5, 2011. She was born on March 1, 1930 in Indianapolis, IN to Clifford West and Charlotte Marie (Stanger) Stone. She married Glenn R. Hamilton Jr. on November 30, 1946. Jeannette lived in the Mooresville area most of her life and was a homemaker. She enjoyed painting, crocheting, gardening and her trips to Florida. She is survived by 5 children: Gail (George) Sutche of Belle Union, Don Hamilton of Lake Hart, Jeff Hamilton of Little Point, Teresa Stapleton of Camby and Mark (Laurie) Hamilton of Mooresville; 9 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 1 brother, Ervin Stone of Gallup, NM; 1 sister, Alice Hampton of Indianapolis. Calling will be 4-8pm, Thursday, July 7, 2011 at Jones Family Mortuary, Mooresville and 1 hour prior to the funeral service. Funeral services will be at 10am, Friday, July 8, 2011 with Clifford Hampton officiating also at Jones Family Mortuary. She will be laid to rest at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery @ Hall.
