James Edward Dean

James Edward "J.D." Dean Jr., 56, of Mooresville, passed away Sunday, June 18th, 2023. He was born April 6th, 1967 in Indianapolis to his parents James Edward Dean Sr. and Cindy Darlene (Eggert) Cline. He was a resident of Indianapolis for most of his life.

James is survived by his two sons: Matthew Dean of Indianapolis and Timothy "Bobby" Dean (Bethany) of Indianapolis; two siblings: Jon Cogswell of Plainfield and Angela Gregory of Mooresville; and six grandchildren. James is preceded in death by both of his parents; and one son, Joe Dean.

James was a Mechanic for Cougar Bag in Mooresville for two years. He was known as a big hearted man. James loved to be outdoors, especially camping.

Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville.
