Helen Oxley

Helen A. Oxley, 100, of Indianapolis, IN went to be with the Lord on February 1, 2005. She was born March 28, 1904 to the late George Henry Oberle and Clara Elizabeth (Hurley) Oberle. She married the late Morris H. "Red" Oxley in 1938. Before retiring in 1970, she and her late husband were Caretakers for the Eli Lilly Estate at Eagle Creek for 20 years. She is survived by 4 Nephews: Clifford Spears of Ft. Myers, FL; George Oberle of Sarsota, FL; Jerald Oberle of Avon, IN; David Oberle of Mooresville, IN; Several great and great great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by 1 Sister: Naomi Bertha (Oberele) Dorrell; 1 Brother: George Herman Oberle; 1 Niece: Jacqueline Oberle Dorrell. Visitation will be 4-8pm Thursday, February 3, 2005 at Jones Family Mortuary. Furneral will be at 11am at Fairfax Christian Church. She will be laid to rest at Floral Park Cemetery.
