Harrel Mosier

Harrel P. "Buddy" Mosier, 61, of Plainfield, IN, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2013. Harrel "Buddy" was born to Joseph A. and Martha Jean (Cordray) Mosier on October 11, 1952 in Mooresville, IN. Buddy was a 1971 Cascade High School Graduate. Buddy married Faye E. (Hampton) Mosier on July 26, 1975. Buddy was a Machine Operator through I.U.O.E. Local 103 for 15 years, retiring in 2011. Buddy was a member of Plainfield Friends Meeting. He has lived in Plainfield, IN for the past three years and 25 years in his birthplace of Mooresville, IN. Buddy is survived by his wife of 38 years, Faye E. (Hampton) Mosier of Plainfield,IN; a son, Evan (Shannon) Mosier of Mooresville, IN; a daughter, Rachel Mosier of Plainfield, IN; two grandchildren, Landin Joseph and Ruby Maria Mosier; a step mother, Roberta Mosier of Mooresville, IN and a brother, Darrel Mosier of Greenwood, IN. Buddy is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph A. and Martha Jean (Cordray) Mosier and a sister, Nancy Waterman. Family and friends may attend calling hours from 2-8 p.m., Sunday, November 10, 2013 and 9-10 a.m., Monday, November 11, 2013 at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville, IN. Bill Clendineng & Robert Garris will officiate the 10 a.m. celebration of life service on Monday, November 11, 2013 at Jones Family Mortuary. Buddy will be laid to rest in Center Valley Cemetery.
