Grace Rand

Grace Ann Rand, 78, of Mooresville, IN passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2006. She was born September 20, 1927 in Verona, MO to the late John Nives and Ella Anges(Bolton)McNerney. She was married November 19, 1956 to the late Linn Tompkins Rand. She has lived in Mooresville for 39 years and she is formerly of Springfield, MO. She was a 1945 St. Anges Catholic High School graduate in Missouri. Grace was a Homemaker and attended St. Thomas More Catholic Church. She is survived by 2 Sisters: Martha Miller of MO and Rosemary Jones of MD; 3 Grandchildren: Crystal Mathis, Melinda and David Rand; and 1 Great Grandson, Nathaniel Mathis. She is also preceded in death by 1 Son, Timothy Linn Rand. Calling hours will be from 4-8pm, Monday, September 4, 2006 at Jones Family Mortuary. The Funeral Service will be at 10am, Tuesday, September 5, 2006 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church. Father Mark Gottemoeller will be officiating the service. Prayer Service will be September 5, 2006 at 9:30am at Jones Family Mortuary. Grace will be laid to rest at Maple Hill Cemetery in Plainfield, IN. Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Thomas More Catholic Church.
