Gerald Beck

Gerald L. Beck, 61 of Mooresville, IN passed away Thursday, August 7, 2008. He was born October 26, 1946 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Joseph O. and Evelyn L. (Stockhoff) Beck. Gerald married Donna R. (Ferguson) Beck of Mooresville, IN on February 9, 1968. Gerald has lived in Mooresville, IN for 14 years and previously in Indianapolis, IN for 45 years. He was a 1964 graduate of Ben Davis High School. Gerald was a Marine Corps Veteran discharged in 1972 serving 2 tours in Vietnam. He was a member of the Mt. Gilead Church in Mooresville, the Masonic Lodge #669 in Indianapolis, and was owner and operator of Beck's Tire Service in Indianapolis for 27 years. Gerald is survived by his Wife, Donna R. Beck of Mooresville, IN; 3 Children: Dawn Anderson of Mooresville, IN, Toni Sizemore of Mooresville, IN, and Jerri Choate of Mooresville, IN; and 8 Grandchildren. Calling hours for Gerald will be from 3-7pm, Sunday, August 10, 2008 at Jones Family Mortuary and 1 hour prior to the service on Monday. The funeral will be at 10am, Monday, August 11, 2008 at Jones Family Mortuary with Darrell Dennis to officiate. Gerald will be laid to rest at Floral Park Cemetery.
