Georgann Shufflebarger

Georgann Shufflebarger, 89 years of age passed away Sunday, February 14, 2010. She was born March 26, 1920 in Waverly, IN to the late Rex Howe and Freda (Jaus) Shufflebarger. She lived in Waverly, IN for most of her life. She was a 1937 Martinsville High School Graduate. She then attended Western College for Women in Oxford, OH and then transferred to IU Bloomington to complete her BA in 1942. Georgann earned her Masters in 1953 from the University of Arizona. She was a High School English Teacher for Martinsville High School for 42 years. She is survived by her Sister-in-law, June Shufflebarger of Mooresville, IN. She is also preceded in death by her Parents, Rex and Freda Shufflebarger; and 2 Brothers, William and Richard Shufflebarger. There will be no services for Georgann.
