Fred Lucas

Fred Lucas, 48, of Mooresville, IN passed away at home on Wednesday, August 21, 2013. He was born on May 9, 1965 in Indianapolis to the late Robert Franklin and Geraldine (Lawson) Lucas. He married Tracy (Ellison) Lucas on November 4, 1994. Fred lived most of his life in Monrovia and Mooresville since 1997. He was a Graduate of Monrovia High School. He was a self-employed sub-contractor working in construction for the last 5 years. Previously, he was a staff member at Mooresville Consolidated Schools. He was a longtime member of Grace Church but currently attends Lifesong Christian Fellowship in Mooresville. He also enjoys woodworking, fishing and hunting. Fred is survived by his wife, Tracy Lucas of Mooresville; daughter, Jasmine Lucas of Mooresville; brother, Randy Lucas of Bloomfield; sister, Denna Lucas of Plainfield and brother in law, Joey Bartley of Mooresville. There will be a Celebration of Life Memorial Service at 5pm, Saturday, August 24, 2013 at Lifesong Christian Fellowship 6460 East Winding Brook Lane, Mooresville, IN 46158.
