Florence Hillman

Florence Maxine Hillman, 84 of Terre Haute, IN passed away Thursday, October 25, 2007. She was born July 10, 1923 in Terre Haute, IN to the late Ross Biggs and the late Nellie Jean (Harmon) Biggs Moore. She was married to the late John Lee Hillman. She lived in Indianapolis for most of her life and in Terre Haute for 8 years. Florence was a Deli and Snack Bar Manager for G.C. Murphy Co. in Indianapolis, IN for 12 years. Florence is survived by 1 Son, Lucky Lee Hillman of Indianapolis, IN; 5 Grandchildren: Kris Edwards, Maurice Hillman, Shannon Meurer, Tracy Thompson-Greer, and Johnny Hillman II; 10 Great Grandchildren: Ashley and LeAnn Reed, Tialy, Tyler, Kirk, Xander and Trinity Thompson-Greer, Chelsea and Johnny Hillman III. She was preceded in death by 1 Son, Johnny Hillman; 2 Daughters, Brenda Joyce Hillman and Darlene Maxine Hillman; and 1 Brother, Ross Leon Biggs. Florence will have calling hours from 12-1pm, Tuesday, October 30, 2007 with the funeral beginning at 1pm, Tuesday, October 30,2007 at Jones Family Mortuary. Pat Manwarring will be officiating the service and Florence will be laid to rest at Floral Park Cemetery.
