Evelyn Pierce

Evelyn J. Pierce 73, Mooresville, died Monday, March 7, 2005. She was born October 18, 1931 in Broadhead, KY. Before retiring in 1993, she was co-owner of Pierce's Body Shop, Indianapolis for 30 years. She was preceded in death by son Charles "Buddy" Miles; daughter Cheryl J. Perry. Survivors include husband John E. Pierce; daughters Brenda Franklin, Diane Patterson, Debie Arbogast; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brother Harold Adams; sister Margaret Eakin. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 9, 2005 in Jones Family Mortuary, Mooresville, with calling there from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2005 and one hour prior to service. Burial will be in West Newton Cemetery.
