Eva Black

Eva R. Black, 85, of Plainfield, IN, died on June 8, 2011. she was born to John & Ella (Hall) Hall on July 23, 1925 in Sommerset, KY. She married Jess L. Black in 1948. Before retiring in 1988, she was an Inspector for American Canning Company for 40 years. She lived most of her life in Decatur Township. She is survived by 1 son, Gary L. Black of Plainfield, IN; 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Eva was preceded in death by her parents, John & Ella Hall; husband, Jess L. Black; 2 brothers and 1 sister. All services will be private with burial at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
