Erik Pelley

Erik Milo Pelley, 49, of Mooresville, IN passed away unexpectedly on June 7, 2019. Erik was born in Indianapolis on July 7, 1969 to the late Steven Roland Pelley and Cheryl (Crawford) Harkey.

Erik was a resident of Indianapolis, Martinsville, and Mooresville through his life. He was a 1988 graduate of Mooresville High School. Through his years of life he had multiple trades of work but his favorite profession was while working with the family businesses: Environmental Coatings, LinEl, ESP, and Skylight Consultants of America, Inc. He enjoyed traveling, reading, fishing, and racing. Erik was an excellent painter and artist. Erik wanted to be known as a caring, smart and talented individual as well as he wanted to be a grandfather.

Erik is survived by his son, Zachary Dylan Pelley of Mooresville and Daughter, Stephanie Rhae (Samuel D.) Mitchell of Indianapolis; sister, Shanon Renee Pelley-Miller (Adam L.) of Norfolk, VA; step mother, Barbara Lynn Pelley; and mother of his children, Anita K. Pelley. Erik was preceded in death by his parents.

Family and friends may show their love and support during a memorial gathering from 2-5 pm on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at Jones Family Mortuary, Mooresville.
