Emma Hollon

Emma Lee Hollon, 91, of Mooresville, IN died November 21, 2005. She was born September 30, 1914 to the late Asbury Napier and Sarah (Bowling) Napier. She was married October 29, 1940 to the late Archie Hollon. She lived in Indianapolis for 35 years, Spencer, IN for 9 years and the last 16 years in Mooresville. She was a homemaker and attended New Life Baptist Church. She is survived by her 2 children, Rosemary McLean of Martinsville and Carroll Smith of Mooresville, IN; 3 Grandchildren: Anthony Corbin of Missouri, Angela Corbin of Martinsville, and Christopher Smith of Actin, In; 3 Great Grandchildren: Brittany Boger, Cody Smith, and Emmalee Smith; 5 sisters: Ida Mason, Gertrude Burton, Florence Napier, Bessie Smith, and Lois Jean Noble. Emma is preceded in death by 2 brothers, A.B. Napier Jr., and Robert Paul Napier; and her 2 sisters, Stella Mae Fugate and Marie Napier. Visitation will be 3-8pm, Friday, November 25, 2005 and the funeral at 11am, Saturday, November 26, 2005 at Jones Family Mortuary. Mark Wooley will be officiating the funeral. She will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
