Douglas Wayne "Doug" Kiser, 48, of Cloverdale, passed away Friday, February 16th, 2024. He was born September 25th, 1975 in Indianapolis to his parents Russell E. and Ruth Ann Cox.

Doug is survived by his mother, Ruth Ann (Kiser) Cox of Cloverdale; three siblings: Tonya Heckley-Hankinson (Chuck) of Fort Wayne, Greg Cox (Jennifer) of Camby, and Chris Cox (Deborah) of Indianapolis; several cousins, nieces and nephews, and three uncles.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Doug was a 1994 graduate of Mooresville High School. He was a machine operator for Geodis for 24 years. During his free time, he enjoyed going on cruises and watching sports. Douglas was an avid football and basketball fan. With his love for football, he greatly supported the Colts and Notre Dame. Known by many to always have a smile on his face and was a very hard worker.

Family and friends may show their love and support from 4 to 6 pm on Wednesday, February 21st at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville. A celebration of life service will be held at 6 pm following the visitation at the funeral home. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Family Mortuary.
