Donna Jean Williams (Bailer)

Donna Jean (Bailer) Williams, 84, of Mooresville, passed away Thursday, July 3rd, 2025. She was born November 23rd, 1940 in Covington, Kentucky to her parents Ralph and Myrtle (Wasson) Bailer. She married the late Charles Edward Hahn on October 27th, 2007.

Donna is survived by four children: Kenneth Human of Allons, Tennessee, Linda Searles (Larry) of Fillmore, Ronald Human (Valerie) of Roachdale, and Colleen Hurley (Adam) of Mooresville; step son, Tim Williams (Dawn) of Coatesville; 15 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; one sister, Roberta Brownfield (Greg) of Kentucky; and dear friend, Marsha Miller of Boonville.

Donna is preceded in death by both of her parents; her husband, Charles Hahn; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; five siblings; and daughter-in-law, Teresa Human

Donna devoted over 25 years of her life as an Expediter for NAPA Manufacturing before retiring in 2001. A proud member of VFW Post #1111 and the 7th District, she served as the State Ladies Auxiliary Past President and Past National Council member #5 for Indiana and Missouri. Her faith was evident as a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church. She found joy in spending time with family, traveling, and exploring genealogy. Her love for her little dog, Coco, brought her happiness. Donna was passionate about volunteering for the nation's veterans, dedicating her time to support their needs. Known as the rock of the family, she navigated life with a fiery spirit, embodying strength as she balanced both parental roles with grace.

A memorial gathering will be held from 1 to 4 pm on Saturday, July 26th at Sammy L. Davis VFW Post # 1111, 411 S Indiana St, Mooresville, IN 46158. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Family Funeral and Cremation Service in Mooresville.

Memorial contributions may be made in Donna's memory to St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Mooresville or Sammy L. Davis VFW Post 1111 in Mooresville
