Donna Laeufer

Donna J (Hill) Laeufer, 58, of Indianapolis, went to be with the lord on Wednesday, October 23rd, 2019 with family by her side. She was born November 15th, 1960 in Monterey, Tennessee to Charles and Rosa (Reels) Hill. She married Mark Laeufer on November 19, 1999. She has been a resident of Indianapolis for most of her life. Donna is survived by her husband of nearly 20 years, Mark Laeufer of Indianapolis; six loving children, Christina (William) Merritt, Justin Lindgren of Indianapolis, Nethaniel Lindgren, Guy Laeufer of Ohio, Nick Wolfe of Pennsylvania, Donny Laeufer of Martinsville; 18 grandchildren; one brother, Mike Hill; and two sisters, Jan Conatser and Brenda Hill. Donna is preceded in death by both of her parents; a daughter, Emily Lindgren; and two sisters, Charlene Eversole and Sophia Swafford. Donna was a construction worker and a member of the Local 120 Laborers Union for 25 years. She enjoyed gardening flowers and vegetables. She also loved traveling to the beach. She liked boating and spending time with her family. Family and Friends may show their love and support from 2-6 p.m. on Sunday, October 27th and from 10-11 a.m. on Monday, October 28th at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville. A celebration of life service officiated by Robert Lim will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, October 28th at the funeral home.
