Debi Holderfield

Debi Lynn (Coy) Holderfield, 61, of Camby, with family by her side went to be with the Lord on Tuesday morning, May 31, 2016. Debi was born to Robert J. and Helen J. (Utterback) Coy on November 22, 1954 in Lake Charles, LA. Debi married Kenneth R. Holderfield on June 11, 1988.

Debi was owner and operator of Your Home Custom Decorating for 14 years. Presviously, she was owner and operator of Deb's Poodles & Company. She was a faithful member of Five Points Baptist Church in Mooresville. She enjoyed sewing and crafts. She lived in Camby for 28 years and her birthplace of Lake Charles, LA for 5 years.

Debi is survived by her loving husband of nearly 28 years, Kenny Holderfield; father, Robert Coy; daughter, Kenna Holderfield; son, Doug (Michele) Lane; granddaughter, Makenzie Lane; three brothers, Steve, Gary and Terry Coy. Debi is preceded in death by her mother, Helen J. Coy.

Family and friends may gather from 4-8 p.m., Wednesday, June 1, 2016 in Jones Family Mortuary, Mooresville and 9:30-10:30 a.m., Thursday, June 2, 2016 in Five Points Baptist Church, 5596 E. St. Road 144, Mooresville. Pastor Billy Gott will officiate Debi's celebration of life service at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Five Points Baptist Church. Debi will be laid to rest in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Greenwood.
