David Slinker

David S. Slinker, 64 of Indianapolis, IN passed away Thursday, March 13, 2008. He was born July 20, 1943 in Lebanon, KY to the late Manuel Thomas Slinker and the late Mary Jane (Snead) Slinker. David married the late Dorothy (Johnson) Slinker on March 30, 1968. David has lived in Indianapolis, IN since 1963 and also in Lebanon, KY for 20 years. He was Veteran in the Vietnam War. Before retiring in 1991, he was a Shell Gas Station Attendant in Indianapolis, IN for 15 years. David is survived by 1 Daughter, Dawn Slinker of Indianapolis, IN; 2 Sons, Rick Slinker of Beech Grove, IN, and James Slinker of Greenwood, IN; 8 Grandchildren; 3 Great Grandchildren; 4 Brothers: Bobby, Charles and Joe Slinker of KY, and Floyd Slinker of Indianapolis, IN; 3 Sisters: Margaret Slinker, Denise Smith, and Joyce Collins all of KY. David is also preceded in death by 1 Son, David S. Slinker Jr. and 1 Brother, Harold Slinker.
