Darlene Holtsclaw

Darlene R. Holtsclaw, 49, of Indianapolis, IN died October 29, 2006 at St. Vincent Hospice in Indianapolis, IN. She was born November 13, 1956 in Mooresville, IN to the late Robert R. and Mary Alice (Cordray) Williamson. She married Gordon Holtsclaw on August 20, 1977. Darlene lived most of her life in Mooresville, IN and previously lived in Indianapolis for 6 years. She was a 1974 graduate of Mooresville High School, member of Little Flower Catholic Church in Indianapolis and loved to work crossword puzzles. As of late she was a Security Guard for Thompson Security in Indianapolis for 2 years and A.S.I. Security in Indianapolis also for 2 years. She was also a Medicaid Aid for Millers Merry Manor in Mooresville for 6 years. She is survived by her husband Gordon Holtsclaw of Indianapolis, 4 children: John Holtsclaw, Chris Holtsclaw, Mary Holtsclaw, and Amber Holtsclaw all of Indianapolis, 3 Grandchildren; 2 brothers: Charles Harvey of Mooresville and Robert Harvey of Brazil, IN, 2 sisters: Diana Poynter of Mooresville and Joan Shenk of Rockford, IL. Visiting hours will be 2-8pm, Wednesday, November 1, 2006 at Jones Family Mortuary. There will be a prayer service at 9:15am at Jones Family Mortuary prior to the 10:30am Funeral Mass on Thursday, November 2, 2006 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church. Father Mark Gottemoeller will be officiating the Funeral Mass. Darlene will be laid to rest at White Lick Cemetery in Mooresville, IN.
