Clair Troxell

Clair L. Troxell, 65 of Indianapolis, IN passed away peacefully in his home on January 20, 2013. He was born on March 10, 1947 in Meadeville, PA to the late Clair J. and Marcella (Wagner) Troxell. He married Sharon F. (Dougherty) Troxell on April 6, 1991. Clair spent most of his childhood in Huntington, IN but most of his life in Marion, OH. He was a 1965 graduate of Marion Harding High School and went on to obtain his Journeyman's Card in Tooling. He was a Lieutenant Fire Fighter for the Marion Township Fire Department in Marion, OH, member of the Moose Lodge #889 in Marion, OH, avid golfer, enjoyed traveling and OSU football. Clair is survived by his wife, Sharon F. (Dougherty) Troxell of Marion, OH; 4 children: Michelle Snodgrass of Columbus, OH, Clair L. Troxell II of Marion, OH, Steven M. Troxell of Marion, OH and Shannon Britton of Marion, OH; 2 granddaughters: Emma and Ella Britton; brother, Kenneth Troxell of Hunting, IN and sister, Deborah Lester of Marion, OH.
