Chad Shaw

Chad L. Shaw, 42, passed away on February 21, 2014. Chad was born to Jim Ditten and Mary Jane (Carter) Shaw on February 7, 1972 in Indianapolis, IN. Chad graduated from Mooresville in 1990. Chad was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He married Joy (Rutherford) Shaw on February 21, 1998. Chad was a Target Distribution Truck Driver in Indianapolis for 21 years. He has lived in Mooresville for most of his life. Chad is survived by his wife of 16 years, Joy Shaw of Camby; three children, Mackensie Letourneau, Jake and Darby Shaw, all of Camby; a brother, David Shaw of KY; a grandparents, Fratis and Sue Carter of Mooresville. Chad is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Jane Shaw. Family and friends may attend calling hours from 2-8 p.m., Monday, February 24, 2014 and 9-10 a.m., Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at Jones Family Mortuary, Mooresville. Fred Schmitt will officiate the 10 a.m. celebration of life service on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at Jones Family Mortuary. Chad will be laid to rest in White Lick Cemetery, Mooresville.
