Carole Wright
November 9, 1943 — January 2, 2017
Carole L. (Lewis) Wright, 73, of Indianapolis, passed away peacefully on January 2, 2017. She was born to Charles Lewis and Anna (Wheeler) McCarty on November 9, 1943 in Noblesville. Carole married Edward Wright in 1975.
Carole was a manager in housekeeping for Comfort Inn. She enjoyed fishing and playing euchre. She lived in Indianapolis for most of her life, 20 years in North Vernon and spent her childhood years in her birthplace of Noblesville.
Carole is survived by eight children, Lisa (Kevin) Conley, Raymond Neel, Herbie (Gina) Neel, Jerry (Paula) Neel, Joe Sheean, Regina (Jeff) Riggins, Debbi (James) Scott, Kimberly (Jason) Walker; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; three brothers, Bud Lewis, Jim Lewis and Kenny Lewis. Carole is preceded in death by her parents; husband; a brother, Dave Lewis; and a sister, Doris McCarty.
The family has decided not to have services at this time.
