Carol Parvis

Carol D. (Smith) Parvis, 91, of Mooresville, passed away peacefully on December 16, 2016. Carol was born to Donald and Carol (Bosworth) Smith on May 2, 1925 in Lafayette. She married Arthur J. Parvis on January 16, 1949.

Carol was a homemaker. She enjoyed crocheting and spending time with family. She lived in Mooresville for the past four years, Terre Haute for 50 years and Lafayette for 25 years.

Carol is survived by a son, David Parvis of Mooresville; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; and a son, William S. Parvis.

Family and friends may gather from 9-11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 in Jones Family Mortuary, Mooresville.
