Bruce Dean Belcher, 49 years of age, of Quincy, IN passed away Tuesday, March 18, 2008. He was born November 17, 1958 in Indianapolis, IN to Frank and Thelma (Best) Belcher.
Bruce has lived in Quincy, IN for most of his life and also in Indianapolis, IN. He attended Hazelwood Christian Church. Bruce enjoyed hunting, fishing, and riding his motorcycle. He also loved to landscape. He was a Truck Driver for the Morgan County Highway Department in Martinsville, IN for 5 years. He also worked as a Well Driver for Hamilton Brothers in Indianapolis, IN for 6 years.
Bruce is survived by his Fiance, Sharon Pridemore of Indianapolis, IN; Parents: Frank and Thelma Belcher of Quincy, IN; 4 Children: Dean (Amy) Belcher of Mooresville, IN, Patrick (Kat) Belcher of TX, Dustin Belcher of Bainbridge, IN, and Latosha Belcher of Quincy, IN; 13 Grandchildren; 3 Brothers: Keith Belcher of Clayton, IN, Stephen Belcher of Quincy, IN, and Andy Belcher of Eminence, IN; and 1 Sister, Lisa Barnett of Eminence, IN. He is also preceded in death by Grandparents: Elvy and Lottie Best and Clifford and Lorene Belcher.
Calling hours for Bruce will be from 3-8pm, Friday, March 21, 2008 with the funeral being at 11am, Saturday, March 22, 2008 both held at Jones Family Mortuary. Steve Ranson will officiate the service and Bruce will be laid to rest at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Hall, IN. Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
