Betty Duncan

Betty Jean Duncan 83, of Franklin, passed away Saturday July 9, 2005. She was born November 20, 1921 in Indianapolis to Frank and Ada (Greiger) Hartup. She lived in Mooresville most of her life, and in Franklin for 2 years. She graduated from Ben Davis High School, she was a member of Sweet Adelines of Capital City. She married William L. Duncan, June 9, 1946, he precedes her in death. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Mooresville. She is survived by 2 children: Rita Davison-Monroe of Indianapolis and Mark W. Duncan of Holton, IN. 4 grandchildren: Daniel and Kyle Davison, Michelle Williams and Amber Pelfrey, 4 great- grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10 am Tuesday July 12, 2005 at Jones Family Mortuary, Mooresville, IN. Officiated by Larry Floyd, Burial at White Lick Cemetery. Visitation, Monday July 11, from 4 to 8 pm at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Keystone Oaks Assisted Living, 75 South Milford, Franklin, IN. 46131.
