Bernice Gambrell

Bernice E. Gambrell, 76, of Martinsville, IN passed away February 1, 2006. She was born May 19, 1929 to the late Roosevelt and Ernest Irine (Bow) Capps. She married the late Harvey c. Gambrell in 1959. She lived in Martinsville for most of her life. She is a member of the Good Shepherd Baptist Church in Mooresville, IN. Bernice was also a cafeteria worker for Chevrolet in Indianapolis, IN for 9 years. She is preceded in death by her two sisters, Pauline Robinson and Laveda Branham, and her brother Hubert Capps. She is survived by her son, Rickie Lee Gambrell of Martinsville, and her sister, Geneva Sanders of Oklahoma. The calling will be 4-8pm Friday, February 3, 2006 and 1 hour prior to the 12 noon funeral on Saturday, February 4, 2006 at Jones Family Mortuary.
