Obituary for Victor V. Hale

Victor V. Hale 75, formerly of Indianapolis, IN passed away at his home January 31, 2009 in Butler, MO. He is the son of Omer and Iona (Sheppard) Hale who preceded in him in death. He was a paving supervisor for Roadways Inc, Astro Paving and retired from Calumet in 1998. He enjoyed Nascar racing and building his own racecars for Raceway Park. He also enjoyed watching the Pacers and Colts play ball. Survivors include his beloved wife Kathryn (Lemon) Hale, sons Victor Jr. and Jim Hale, daughters Cathy Santiago and Sherry Ensminger, and sister Virginia Darnell, 15 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 6 great, great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son Tony Hale, brothers Donald and Robert Hale and a grandson Jonathon Hale. He was the strength of our family and will be sadly missed. Visitation will be 4-8pm, Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at Jones Crossing Banquet Center (right next to Jones Family Mortuary) in Mooresville, IN. Funeral Services will be at 11am, Thursday, February 5, 2009 also at Jones Crossing Banquet Center with Mike Hardin officiating. Burial will take place in Lincoln Memory Gardens.
