Obituary for Steven Michael Stidham

Steven Michael Stidham, 70, of Mooresville, passed away Monday, January 18th, 2021. He was born August 26th, 1950 in Indianapolis to his parents Clyde and Helen (Rector) Stidham. He married Vicki (Mosley) Stidham on August 26th, 1971. He grew up in Lizton, Indiana and traveled quite a bit but settled down in Mooresville in 2010.

Steven is survived by his loving wife of nearly 50 years, Vicki (Mosley) Stidham of Mooresville; two children: Tami Stidham of Mooresville and Jason (Tina) Stidham of Indianapolis; two grandchildren: Trey Ferrill and Payton Stidham; and one sister, Chris Steele. Steven is preceded in death by both of his parents; one brother, Robert Dale Stidham; and one sister, Cheryl Haefner.

Steven was a 1968 graduate of North Salem High School. He served four years in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. Steven was a Warehouse Operations Manager for Dana Corporation for over 20 years before retiring. He loved to coach his son, Jason in baseball from pee wee all the way through middle school. He was a knife collector. Steven was a dedicated man, family oriented, and mentored people into the Christian faith.

Family and friends may show their love and support during a graveside service that will be held at 2 pm on Friday, June 11th at K of P Cemetery, S State Street (Indiana State Highway 39), Lizton, IN 46149, where Steven will be laid to rest. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville.
