Samra Lee (Settle) Brown, 66, of Indianapolis, passed away Sunday, May 17th, 2020. She was born March 31st, 1954 in Indianapolis to her parents, James "Sam" and Sandra (Armstrong) Settle. She was a resident of Mooresville for most of her life.

Samra is survived by her two loving children: Joshua (Jill) Brown of Camby and Tiffany (Tyler) Stahley of Mooresville; three grandchildren: Treygan, Addyson, and Grady Stahley; one brother, Jim Settle; and three sisters: Rhonda Dorsett, Sharyl Gibson, and Rebecca Geary. Samra is preceded in death by both of her parents.

Samra was a waitress for Gray's Cafeteria in Mooresville, as well as Laughner's Cafeteria formerly in Plainfield. She was a member of Town Center Church of Mooresville. Samra enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family.

Family and friends may show their love and support from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26th and from 9 to 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 27th at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville. Pastor John Crump will officiate a celebration of life service at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 27th at the funeral home. Samra will be laid to rest at White Lick Cemetery in Mooresville.
