Randall Matthew "Matt" Kelly, 41, of Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, February 9th, 2023. He was born October 13th, 1981 in Americus, Georgia. He was a resident of Indianapolis for most of his life.

Matt is survived by his mother and stepdad: Melissa D. (Bob) Fink of Indianapolis; father and stepmom, Randall (Betty Ann) Kelly of Galivants Ferry, SC; brother, Joshua (Richele) Kelly of Greenwood; two half brothers: Justin (Callie) Kelly of Conway, SC and James (Hayley) Kelly of Myrtle Beach, SC; one half sister, Brittany (Robert) Roberts of Galivants Ferry, SC; two nephews and a niece of greenwood.

Matt attended Southport High School. He was an avid reader, loved football, bowling, racing, music, fixing cars, and working with his hands. He took every opportunity to attend the races at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Lucas Oil Raceway Park. He worked in many trades throughout his life and was never satisfied with just learning one. His mind was curious, his heart was big and empathy for others is what will be remembered most.

Family and friends may show their love and support from 5 to 7 pm on Thursday, February 16th at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville.
