Minnie "Jean" Spears, 77, of Camby, passed away Sunday, November 21st, 2021. She was born September 11th, 1944 in Boonville, Indiana to her parents, Thurman and Ethel (Graham) Irvin. She married the late Paul Francis Spears. She was raised in Indianapolis and a resident of Camby for 45 years.

Minnie is survived by her two children: Christina Spears of Mooresville and Michael Spears of Camby; three sisters: Ruby Darby of Newburgh, Indiana, Phyllis Baker of Chandler, Indiana, and Sarah Huffman of Indianapolis; and one brother, Charles Irvin of Florida. Minnie is preceded in death by both of her parents; her husband, Paul Francis Spears; one brother, Donald Irvin; and one sister, Elizabeth White.

Minnie a homemaker and a member of Free Spirit Baptist Church in Valley Mills, Indiana. She enjoyed yard sales and also loved to flower garden. Minnie enjoyed cooking and spending time with family.

Family and friends may show their love and support from 12 pm (noon) to 2pm on Wednesday, November 24th at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville. A celebration of life service will be held at 2 pm following visitation at the funeral home. Minnie will be laid to rest next to her husband Paul, at West Newton Cemetery in West Newton.
