Obituary for Linda Corder Larrison

Linda (Motley) Corder Larrison, 72, Monrovia, passed away on June 21, 2014. Linda was born on April 29, 1942 in Scottsville, KY to the late Floyd and Lottie (Johnson) Motley. Linda married Paul Larrison on December 29, 1989.

Linda lived most of her life in Indianapolis and in Monrovia since 1996. She was a 1980 graduate of Ben Davis High School. She was a Transportation Director for Decatur Township Schools for 20 years before retiring in 1992. She also enjoyed sewing and spending time with her grandchildren.

Linda is survived by her husband; 2 children: Angela Larrison and Parnell Corder; 4 step sons: Kelly, Chris (Traci), Paul (Jona) and John Larrison; 7 grandchildren: Broc, Joel, Cale, Nick, Chase, Bailey and Krista Larrison and 2 great grandchildren. She is also preceded by 1 brother, Colin Motley.

Family and friends may gather 4-8pm, Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at Jones Family Mortuary, Mooresville. Richard Haney will officiate the 11 a.m. funeral service on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at Jones Family Mortuary. Linda will be laid to rest in West Newton Cemetery.
