Karen Sue Milburn, 68, of Indianapolis, passed away Friday, September 17th, 2021. She was born December 18th, 1952 in Beech Grove to her parents, Shannon Henry and Mildred Catherine (Howell) Milburn. Although she was a resident of Indianapolis for most of her life, she grew up in Greenwood.

Karen is survived by her three siblings: Catherine Cline of Indianapolis, Kay Milburn of Indianapolis, and Mark Milburn of Indianapolis; several nieces and nephews, along with great nieces and nephews; and many great great nieces and nephews. Karen is preceded in death by both of her parents, Shannon Henry and Mildred Catherine (Howell) Milburn; her mom, Eileen Milburn; her sister, Vickie Milburn; and two brothers: Kevin and Michael Milburn.

Karen was a 1971 graduate of Greenwood High School. She worked at Mug N Bun Pizza in Speedway for 40 years. Karen enjoyed taking care of kids and will always be remembered for sending cards to everyone on holidays and birthdays. She unconditionally loved everyone. Simply put, she was perfect.

Family and friends may show their love and support from 11 am to 1 pm on Tuesday, September 21st at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville. A celebration of life service will be held at 1 pm following visitation at the funeral home. Karen will be laid to rest at Floral Park Cemetery in Indianapolis.
