Obituary for Karen Lynn Daugherty (Epperson)

Karen Lynn (Epperson) Daugherty, 37, of Camby, went to be with the Lord on March 18, 2019. She was born to Anthony and Millie L. (Vanover) Epperson Jr. on September 1, 1981 in Indianapolis. She graduated from Plainfield High School in 1999. She married Zelmer "Ed" Daugherty II on October 19, 2007.

Karen is survived by her loving husband of 11 years, Zelmer "Ed" Daugherty II of Camby; a loving son, Ethan Daugherty of Camby; two loving stepdaughters, Shelby Daugherty of Fishers and Sarah Packard of Plainfield; loving parents, Anthony and Millie Epperson of Camby; a loving sister, Lisa Smith of Camby; a loving niece, Madeline Smith; and aunts, uncles and cousins.

Karen was a homemaker. She loved gardening, canning, sharing her garden, all things vintage, animals; and especially loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed crafts, crocheting and finishing furniture. She lived in Camby since 1989.

Family and friends may show their love and support from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20th and 11 a.m - 12 p.m. on Thursday, Mach 21st at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville. Rev. Dennis Payton will officiate Karen's celebration of life service at 12 p.m. on Thursday, March 21st at the mortuary. Karen will be laid to rest at Fairfield Cemetery in Camby.
