Obituary for Jeffery Allen Russell
Jeffery Allen Russell, 63, of Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, December 12th, 2019 surrounded by family. He was born November 20th, 1956 in Covington, Kentucky to Howard Russell and Mildred (Hurston) Carter. Jeffery was a resident of Indianapolis for most of his life.
Jeff is survived by two sisters, Hannah (George) Lewis of Bargersville and Dr. Trina Vallone of Chicago, Illinois; one brother, Anthony (Jennifer) Russell of Greenwood; and several nieces and nephews. Jeff is preceded in death by both of his parents and three brothers, Ricci, Stephen and Timothy Russell.
Jeff was a mischievous fighter who became paralyzed at the age of 18. Throughout his life he fought to be active and until the end, he overcame physical challenges with grit and determination. Jeff was loved dearly by his family.
