Jack H. Bain, 76, of Camby, IN, passed away peacefully on September 17, 2013. Jack was born to Horace & Mary (McCoun) Bain on August 31, 1937 in Mooresville, IN. Jack graduated from Mooresville High School in 1955. Jack married Jeanne (Rink) Bain on June 23, 1956.

Jack was a Supervisor for General Motors in Indianapolis, IN for 31 years, retiring in 1991. He was a sports enthusiast and enjoyed nature. He has lived in Camby, IN for most of his life and 18 years in his birthplace of Mooresville, IN.

Jack is survived by his wife of 57 years, Jeanne (Rink) Bain of Camby, IN; four children, Jeffrey Bain of Indianapolis, IN, Jill (Mark) Klotz of Camby, IN, Julie (Rob) Sartori of Alsip, IL and Kyle (Trudi) Bain of Indianapolis, IN; nine grandchildren and two brothers, Tom and Charles Bain of Mooresville, IN. Jack is preceded in death by his parents, Horace & Mary (McCoun) Bain; a son, Jay Alan Bain; a brother, James Bain and a sister, Anna Lou Ferguson.

Family & Friends may attend calling hours from 2-8 p.m., Friday, September 20, 2013 and 9-10 a.m., Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Camby Community Church, 8604 Camby Road, Camby, IN 46113. Charles Paxton will officiate the 10 a.m. celebration of life service on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Camby Community Church. Jack will be laid to rest in Fairfield Cemetery.
