David W. Murray, 55, of Mooresville, IN, died on September 29, 2012. David was born to William T. Murray & Dorothy I. (Jones) Simshauser on October 16, 1956 in Pueblo, CO.

David was a Laborer in Construction for many years at Milestone in Indianapolis, IN & EBY-Brown in Plainfield, IN for 1 year. David loved to fish and follow Auto Racing. David has lived in Mooresville, IN since 1966 and his birthplace of Pueblo, CO for 11 years.

David is survived by a son, Jeffery Murray of Avon, IN; a grandson, Ethan Murray; a sister, Vicky (Bernie) Mattingly of Monrovia, IN; 2 brothers, Randy (Cindy) Murray of Martinsville, IN & Rick Murray of Mooresville, IN; several nieces & nephews; former wife, Connie Murray & beloved dog, Rufus. David is preceded in death by his parents, William T. Murray & Dorothy I. (Jones) Simshauser.

Calling for David will be from 4-8pm, Tuesday, October 2, 2012 & 9-10am, Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville, IN. Don Endsley will officiate the funeral service at 10am on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at Jones Family Mortuary. David will be laid to rest at White Lick Cemetery in Mooresville, IN.
