Cody Dale Spaulding, 29, of Alexandria, passed away Friday, November 11th, 2022. He was born September 20th, 1993 in Martinsville to his parents Roger Wayne and Kimberly "Kim" (Rhude) Spaulding. He was a resident of Plainfield for most of his life.

Cody is survived by his mother, Kimberly "Kim" (Rhude) Spaulding of Alexandria; one brother, Michael Wayne Spaulding of Huntington, Indiana; aunts and uncles: Robert and Lisa Crews, Diana Winings, Ron Spaulding and David Spaulding; and cousins: Elizabeth Crews, Casey Crews, Christopher (Dawn) Winings, Jennifer Winings, Bonnie Winings, Danielle (Braden) Randles, Lindsay (Chris) Jones, Nick (Star) Spaulding, and Matt (Emily) Spaulding. Cody is preceded in death by his father, Roger Wayne Spaulding.

Cody worked in the construction of homes for Commodore Homes LLC. He enjoyed hanging out with his friends. Cody was happy-go-lucky and never sweated the small stuff. He would always be there to lend a hand.

Family and friends may show their love and support from 11 am to 1 pm on Wednesday, November 16th at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville. A celebration of life service will be held at 1 pm following visitation at the funeral home. Cody will be laid to rest at White Lick Cemetery in Mooresville.
