Barbara Ann (Miller) Duncan, 65, of Indianapolis, passed away Wednesday, November 27th, 2019 with her loving family by her side. She was born August 15th, 1954 in Somerset, Kentucky to her parents, James and Margie (Phelps) Miller where she lived for four years. She was a resident of Mooresville for 32 years and has resided in Indianapolis for 29 years.

Barbara is survived by her three loving children, Robert Wamsley Jr. of Camby, Angela Wamsley of Indianapolis, and Cristi Wamsley of Mooresville; three grandchildren, Patience, Travis and Shiann; one great grandson, Carter; two sisters, Sandy and Connie; and one brother, Rick. She is preceded in death by both of her parents.

Barbara was a homemaker and enjoyed horseback riding in her young days, She loved spending time with family and friends.

Family and friends may show their love and support from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, December 3rd and from 10-11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 4th at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville. Jon Walls will officiate a celebration of life service that will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, December 4th at the funeral home. Barbara will be laid to rest at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery @ Hall in Hall, Indiana.
